Why We Ask for Your Data
Our application requests access to limited user information solely so that the features you choose to use can work as intended. We follow a “minimum-necessary” principle: if a permission or piece of data is not essential to deliver a specific function you initiate, we do not request or collect it.
Once collected, the data is used only for the purposes that are clear to you at the point of request—for example, enabling a feature you tapped, personalising results, or helping us maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not combine this information with unrelated datasets or use it for any undisclosed secondary purpose such as marketing or profiling.
We retain user data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service you requested or to meet legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Data that must leave your device is transmitted using industry-standard encryption; it is never sold and is shared only with trusted service providers that process it on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
You remain in control at all times:
- Grant or revoke permissions in your device settings.
- Request a copy or deletion of any stored personal data via in-app support.
- Expect clear, timely notices whenever our data practices materially change, with the option to withdraw consent before those changes take effect.
By keeping our data requests purpose-driven, proportionate, and transparent, we aim to give you both the full benefit of the features you choose and the confidence that your information is handled responsibly.
